Why hello there, everyone! My name is Katie, and I'm assuming that since you're reading this, it has happened for one of three reasons:

1. You are my friend, and are reading this out of a courtesy.
2. You accidentally stumbled onto it, by searching through random blogs.
3. You happened to be interested in knitting! (Or cats!)

If the last one happens to apply to you, keep reading. If the first two apply, you can still keep reading, and I wouldn't hold it against you. And you might just learn a thing or two.

Anyway, this blog's focus is going to be about knitting, and since many people associate knitting with cats, there will certainly be some things in here surrounding my dear cat Hobbes. But the goal is to have some helpful knitting videos, some things that I'm knitting, patterns, some anecdotes, pictures, and maybe if I'm feeling funky, some product reviews. There isn't going to be specific days or times when I post, so just pop in whenever and see whats happening!
